Dining at Le Moulin de Barre
Our philosophy is to use as much seasonal, fresh, local food as possible. We have an organic garden which produces vegetables, fruit and herbs and a free-range flock of chickens for eggs and meat. Beef, lamb, pork and cheese is sourced from small local producers who practise humane farming methods where the animals are raised outside all year round. Home-made bread, pastries, cakes and conserves fill the table for a leisurely breakfast.
TARIFF: 20 euros - per person for dinner, 4 courses including wine.
